Do you require a deposit payment?

I require a non-refundable 50% deposit up front to book your spot and the final 50% once all designs have been approved and before receiving your final handover files via email.

Are the Branding packages refundable?

Projects are non-refundable unless you cancel 30 days prior to project start date.

When can you start?/What is your turnaround time?

I am normally booked out a month to two in advanced for branding jobs. It is therefor important that you try to contact me well in advanced before planning on launching your new branding or new business. A full branding package takes (on average) 6 weeks to complete depending on the amount of work involved, complexity of the job and number of add-ons needed. Over time, I have worked out a tried and tested design process to ensure that I produce the best results possible for my clients, it is therefore important that enough time is given for optimal creative results. 

Do you offer any support once the project has been handed over?

I am available for any questions you may have after the handover phase. I can make small adjustments to any existing design files for you.

If you would like to add-on any other collateral or branding material as your business grows and your business needs change, extra design will be quoted for individually based on my hourly rate.

How did you develop a style?

For me it has been a process of lots of tiny choices and influences over a long period of time and through making many, many pieces of art. My style is still slowly evolving and I believe it always will and always should.
I’ve found it’s best to focus on what you can offer that is unique and feels true to you as an artist rather than fixating on what other people are doing or how they’re better than or different from you. Personally I really adore loose, scribbly line art; almost like a doodle/childish finish.
