In 2016 I started a new creative adventure for Karisma Hotels & Resorts in Playa del Carmen and Cancun, Quintana Roo. Where I had the opportunity to explore my creativity for some of the most luxury and renown All Inclusive Resorts in Cancun and Riviera Maya as a Graphic Designer, some of my tasks included:

- Development of Marketing projects that help to encourage the cross sale of all hotel areas.
- Creation of audiovisual content for El Dorado Spa Resorts, Azul Beach Resorts, Generations Resorts, Hidden Beach Resort Au Naturale, and Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana.
- Creation of digital templates for Cross-selling and up-selling for all areas of Riviera Maya, Jamaica and Punta Cana hotels.
- On-site audits to monitor, ensure the right implementation and use of the brand guidelines and digital tools that are provided.
- Staff training for new launches and digital campaigns.
